1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bkk99 platform and all services under it. Using our services through the bkk99 website, mobile version, or app — by any means — means you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

bkk99 currently supports transactions through the most popular mobile payment methods in Bangladesh.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank).

3.3 Transaction Rules

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, applied only to the bonus amount (not the combined total of deposit and bonus).

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may use each bonus offer only once.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is already active.
• The validity period for using a bonus will be stated in the details of each offer.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the bonus.
• bkk99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

5 Game Services & Rules of Play

bkk99 offers slot games, live casino, cricket betting, football betting, and many other gaming options. Each game category may have its own rules and terms.

5.1 Game Operation

• All game results are controlled by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology or live dealers — without any manual intervention.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, bkk99 follows a policy of refunding the bet for that round.

5.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sporting events. Betting markets and odds are subject to change. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. Relevant policies will apply in the event of a match cancellation or postponement.

6 Prohibited Activities

7 Account Suspension & Closure

• Suspicious financial transactions.

• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Withdraw any unspent balance before closing your account. Bonus balance that is not withdrawable will not be refunded.
